With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn E. Swan of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Evelyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Emmerich and Evelyn Elizabeth Glynn Emmerich; and her daughter Tina Marie Doyle-Campos. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Swan; her daughter Deborah Papin (David); her son-in-law Mauricio Campos of West Haven; her brothers, Fred Emmerich (Maryjane) and James Emmerich of Florida; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Papin (James Dupuie), Sabrina Papin (Christopher Joyner), Gabriela Campos and Laylah Campos.
