It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elisabeth Roeck of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Elisabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elisabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anton Josef Roeck; and her brother John "The German" Langrieger. She is survived by: her son Werner Roeck; her grandchildren, Marsha DiSanto (Daniel), Werner Roeck, Jr. (Melissa), Andrew, Sarah Cratty, Aiden and Riley Roeck; and her sister Rosemarie Bader.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A prayer was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
