With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Welch of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 26, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Malcolm Welch; and her siblings, Leo Carofano and Connie Hubbard. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Bettley (Richard) of Hamden and Diane DiMassa of Bridgeport, CT; and her sister Joan Pepe of Orange. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
