He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mazziotti and Delores Benedetto Conelli. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Simeone (James) and William Mazziotti (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, Daria Mazziotti, Alicia Amodio (Robert), Ariana Bouvae (Evan), Kyle Mazziotti and Garrett Mazziotti (Fran).

Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home (238 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516).
