With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lee Gills III of West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gills Jr. and Pauline Gills (Niles); his daughter Martha Gills; and his brother-in-law Eric Manner. He is survived by: his wife Candace (Manner); his son William Gills IV of Simsbury, CT; his daughter-in-law Julie Gills; his grandchildren, Will and Kate Gills; his sisters, Charlotte Graham (Billy) and Cynthia Bushey (Paul); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Manner and Diana Manner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
