He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Joseph Hewett and Ruth Hewett (Yensan); his wife Marian Hewett (Forti); and his children, Lori Demaria (Hazard), Terri Bonee (Hazard), Amy Hewett, Jodi Mallon (Hazard), Michael Hewett, Catherine Hewett, Jacqui O'Keefe (Hazard) and William J. Hewett, Jr.. He was also cherished by spouses and 17 grandchildren.
