He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Harrigan; and his daughter Elizabeth Webster. He is survived by: his sons, Dirk (Nancy) and Chris (Roxana); his mother Sietske; his siblings, Jeltje and Jaap; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Harrigan; and his grandchildren, Milo, Anna and Lauren Webster.
