With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Michael Harrigan of West Hartford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 26, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Shaw Harrigan, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Harrigan; his wife Mary-Anne "Cupcake" Harrigan; his daughters, Christina, Emily and Anastasia; and his brothers, Robert Shaw Harrigan III and Jarrett Harrigan. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

Due to Covid-19 capacity in the funeral home and church are limited. Social distancing and masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Brian M. O'Connell Fund of Central Connecticut State University.
