He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hannigan and Mabel Hannigan (Lynch). He is survived by: his children, James Hannigan (Judy) of Mt. Vernon, WA, Doris Hannigan (Michael Penda) of Tolland, CT, Thomas Hannigan III of Auburn, WA, Dennis Hannigan (Karen) of Farmington, CT, David Hannigan of Tequesta, FL and Brian Hannigan (Wendy) of Southington, CT.; and his sister Melanie Hannigan (O. P. A). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
