He was predeceased by: his father Sam Agostino; and his brother-in-law Roman Schumsky. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Agostino of Farmington; his son TJay Agostino (Kara); his grandsons, Brayden and Camden of Ridgefield; his son Bradley Agostino (Sarah); his granddaughter Avery of Gloucester, MA; his siblings, Paul (Angela Agostino) of West Hartford and Ann Marie Schumsky of West Hartford; his nieces, Barbara, Rose Anne, Gina, Theresa and Lucy Agostino; and his nephew Steven Shumsky.
Thomas J. Agostino, 66, of West Hartford, died on March 9, 2024, after a long battle with Parkinson Disease.
