She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert J. Poirier; her parents, Noel LeVasseur and Clemence LeVasseur (Legere); her daughters, Christine Ryder (Kurt) of Southington and Shelley Nieb of Granby; her grandchildren, Julie Ryder (Phillip Anthony), Ashley (Adam Burr), Rebecca (Jon Ladd) and John "J. R."; her son-in-law Martin Nieb; her sisters, Margaret Deane, Gabrielle LaVasseur, Vivian (James Roy) and Bernadette (Maurice Belanger); and also, Colette Anthony and Owen Ladd.
