It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Jane O'Neill of West Hartford, Connecticut, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel McMahon and Jane McMahon (Newburg). She is survived by: her husband Ward O'Neill; her children, James O'Neill (Joan Skidgell) of Ridgefield, CT, Margaret O'Neill (Randall Sabia) of West Hartford, CT, Patricia Smith (David) of Riverside, CT and Daniel O'Neill (Cara) of Wilton, CT.; her grandchildren, Luke, Madeline, Sophia, Reed O'Neill, James, Joseph Sabia, Samuel and Jack Smith; her siblings, Patricia Askew (Douglas) of Gahanna, OH and Daniel (Peggy) of Dayton, MD; and her brother-in-law Charles O'Neill (Katherine) of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
