He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William A. Peterson and Selma J. Peterson; his children, Sandra Peterson (Peter Tyson) of Alamo, CA, Brian Tyson, Sarah Tyson, Terri Dwyer (Walter) of West Hartford, Megan Germann, Nick Germann, Elizabeth Dwyer, Mark Peterson (Stephen Gatta) of Los Angeles, CA, David Peterson (Kathleen Peterson) of Waterford, Stephanie Livingston, Eric Peterson, Kristen Peterson, Melissa Peterson and Justin Barczak; his great grandchildren, Quinn, Van Germann, Jennie Michael, Juliette and Nicholas Thogmartin; his daughter-in-law Dawn Valentini; his wife Marion; and his siblings, Helga Matava, Lillian Dziedzic, Inez LaPointe and William Peterson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
