He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Bourgoin and Jeane Bourgoin (Pelletier); and his sister Nancy Bourgoin. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Tracy Bourgoin, Brian and Bruce Bourgoin; his grandchildren, Julia Adams, Chloe Bourgoin, Tyler Bourgoin, Scarlett Bourgoin and Austin Bourgoin; and his siblings, John Bourgoin and Janet Walton.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
