She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Chaltas and Stella Chaltas (Yampanis); her husband Dr. James "Jim" Collias; her sister Katherine C. Zikakis; and her nieces and nephews, Meli Zikakis (Kimon Florias), Stephanie Teague (Tom), Damian Zikakis (Patty), Alexandra Zikakis (Rich Gerharty), Kiki Hall (John), Maria Baler (Jeffrey), Charles Collias (Diane) and James Collias (Amanda Leonard).

In lieu of flowers, donations made in Tina's name to St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral would be deeply appreciated.
