He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Frances Feltman (Schwartz); his children, Joanne Feltman, Steven Feltman, Elyse Feltman (Swett), Susan Feltman Gaeta and George Feltman; his sister-in-law Claire Norman; his parents, Toby Feltman (Schein) and George Feltman; his siblings, Alfred Feltman and Rose Sack (Feltman); and his grandchildren, Aaron Merkin, Sharyn Banyan, Seth Feltman, Gia Santoro, Andreas Gaeta, Adam, Erin Feltman, Raphael, Megan Gaeta, Jake, Raurie Birch, Michael Feltman, Carmen Erian, Julian, Chelsea Gaeta, Adriel Gaeta and Lindsey Feltman.

Donations in Philip's memory can be made to Hartford Jewish Federation, Beth El Temple and the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaica Studies at the University of Hartford.
