He was predeceased by: his parents, Cajetan Noel and Irene Noel (Dionne); his wife Doris Noel; his siblings, Fernand, Claude Noel, Jeanette Noel and Pierrette Blais (Noel); and his granddaughter Nicole Noel Freda.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Montano (Peter) of West Hartford, Jacqueline Wolski (Eric) of West Hartford, Janet Noel Zaleski (Daniel) of West Hartford, Karen Noel-Freda (John) of West Hartford and Brian Noel of Newington; his grandchildren, Brittany Leghorn, Kristen Amaral, Lauren Bogoian, Crysta, Cory Wolski, Dominic, Julian and Nickolas Zaleski; his great grandchildren, Keira, Rylin Leghorn, Siena, William Amaral and Grace Bogoian; and his brothers, Roland and Leo Noel. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
