She is survived by: her son Keith Lulek of Newington; her sister Karen Caruso-Varano (Brian) of Plantsville; her nephew Kenneth Blain (Amy) of Southington; her godson Kevin Blain (Chrisma Joyce) of Plantsville; and her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Blain of Plantsville, Tiffany Caruso of Windsor, Christopher Caruso (Amy) of Windsor and Ally Connors of North Carolina.
Pat was a fighter, who battled Alzheimer's Disease for 16 years.
