He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Vendetta and Rose Vendetta (Parker); his wife Patricia Vendetta; and his sisters, Rose and Grace.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Vendetta of East Hartford, Craig Vendetta (Leslie) of Suffield and Jeffrey Vendetta of West Hartford; his sister Roxanne Cagliostro of Marlborough; his grandsons, Nicholas Vendetta (Jill) of Delaware County, PA and Brian Vendetta of Delaware County, PA; and his great grandchildren, Emily and Alexander Vendetta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
