He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Letscher and Mary Letscher; and his siblings, James Letscher, John Letscher and Mary Anne Lesti.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thomas; his children, Marty, Barbara, Gary Letscher (Debbie), Tom Letscher (Sheila), Anne Shanahan (Tim), Mark Letscher (Jane) and Dave Letscher (Beth); and his grandchildren, John, Jake Letscher, Dan, Sam, Sarah, Abby Letscher, Laura Shanahan (Paul), Maggie Shanahan (Héctor), Jack Shanahan, Joe, Jen, Nate Letscher and Sean Letscher. He is also survived by his 5 children, their spouses and his 13 grandchildren.
