She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maxwell and Patricia Maxwell; her daughter Laurie Wade; and her siblings, Robert, Jeffrey, John Maxwell (Terry) and Laurie Maxwell.

She is survived by: her sister Suzanne Bailey-Gates; her sons, John, Jeffrey Kuhnmuench, Zachary and Maxwell Crowe; and her grandchildren, Maxwell and Bodhi Kuhnmuench.

Donations can be made in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
