She was predeceased by: her parent John W. Maxwell; and her brother Robert Maxwell. She is survived by: her parent Patricia Sullivan; and her siblings, Suzanne Bailey-Gates, Linda Maxwell-Crowe, Jeffrey Maxwell and John Maxwell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society.
