He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ralph F. McLaughlin and Bernard "Bert" McLaughlin. He is survived by: his son Boy Scout Troop; his wife Margaret "Peg" McLaughlin (Atwood); his children, Kathleen Ann Walton (Russ) of Windsor, Ruth McLaughlin (Timothy Vander Heide) of Spearfish, SD, Joan Calhoun of Newtown Square, PA, Patrick J. McLaughlin (Mary-Jo) of Danielson and Brian McLaughlin (Charlotte) of Avon; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Walton, Heather Walton, Andrew Walton (Lina), James Walton (Aubrey Cotrone), Cheri St. Pierre, Gabriel St. Pierre, Sean O'Dell (Rachelle), Chantelle O'Dell, Grayson Calhoun (Jess), Holly Call (Jared), Eamonn McLaughlin, Sharon Lachendro (Adam), Molly Hogstrom (Anders), Daniel McLaughlin, Erin McLaughlin and Allison McLaughlin. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
