She was predeceased by: her husband Robert John Kulak. She is survived by: her daughters, Cate Kulak (Kevin Sheehan) and Jessica Kulak (Brian Irwin).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Literacy Volunteers or to the Immanuel Congregational Church, for the benefit of their community garden.
