We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2019, at the age of 83, John Joseph Barrett of West Hartford, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Sullivan; his parents, F. Leo Barrett and Eileen Bourque Barrett; and his aunts, Mary Bourque and Dorothy Bourque Bagley.

He is survived by: his daughter Mary-Ellen Barrett Evans (Colin); his grandson Wyatt Evans; and his sisters, Eileen "Sweetie" Hawley and Deborah Salewski (Fran).
