It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edward Barnas of West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Barnas and Irene Barnas (Fournier); his stepfather Stanley Werstak; his wife Natalie Barnas (Sciullo); his son Joseph Barnas; his daughter-in-law Stefanie; his grandsons, Michael and Jack of Staten Island, NY.; and his sisters, Beverly Champagne (Gerard) of Gilbert, AZ and Betty Wilkison (Dale) of Jonesborough, TN.. He was also cherished by several extended family members including a sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
