She is survived by: her husband Wilbur "Chuck" Swindell; her caregivers, Sharnet Smith, Jessica McCann and Christie Cotton-Gonsalves; her friend Jana Heath; her children, Dave Swindell (Gail Goodman) and Susan Swindell; her siblings, Martha Lee Moffat and Bill Schotta; her grandchildren, Andrew Swindell (Jane Swindell), Rachel Shelley and Audrey Hampton; and her great grandchild Jane Swindell.
