We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2021, Jerome T. Young of West Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Sara, Tom and Doug; and his siblings, Mary and Phil. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
