He was predeceased by: his wife Madeleine J. (LaChance); his parents, Marie Ange (Dumas) and Joseph P. Ouellette; his siblings, Paul, Louie, Michelle and Theresa; and his children-in-law, Donna Ouellette and Norman Cote.

He is survived by: his children, Ronald (Sherry Ouellette), Diane (Robert Donnelly), Cecile (Richard Hansen), Denise Cote, Marcel (Kathryn Ouellette) and Giselle (Thomas Polzella); and his siblings, Francis Ouellette and Jacqueline Lapointe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
