He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Painter; his children, Owen and Jojo; his mother Yvonne Tafuto (Durivage); his stepfather Louis Tafuto; his father Peter Hannigan; his stepmother Diane Hannigan (Foster); his brother Jamie Tafuto; his sister-in-law Lauren Tafuto (Stabile); his brother Ryan Hannigan; and his pets, Rocky and Monty. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
Prior to the onset of the pandemic, Jason was working regularly to help people maintain their physical fitness, though, he once made the mistake of trying to serve as personal trainer for his wife.
