She is survived by: her significant other Peter J. Sweeney; her parents, Mary Aivaz and Kazimierczak; her uncle Marion "Mimi" (Pierre Boucher); her sisters, Kelly Hurley and Krystal DeJesus; her siblings-in-law, Bella and Lexi; and her caregiver Alicja. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including her aunt.

Memorial donations may be made to Newington Volunteer Fire Dept.
