He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sister Theresa DuPuis; his children, Ann Carey (Bill), Dan Mullarkey (Carole), Maureen Chao (Miguel), Michaela Mullarkey (Austin Burt) and Brendan Mullarkey (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Bridget, Fiona Carey, Grey, James Mullarkey, Serafine, Noah Chao, Hollis, Willow Burt and Ronan Mullarkey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to charities of one's choice.
