We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 83, Irma Irene Ingram of West Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Boldridge and Effie Conway Boldridge; and her husband James "Ray" Ingram. She is survived by: her son Brian James Ingram; her daughter-in-law Karen Ingram of Marlborough, MA.; her sister Barbara Boldridge-Way of Kansas City, MO; her niece Kemet Rakiatu; her niece Jeannie Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Floyd Ingram, Walker Cannon of West Hartford, CT., Edna Ingram, McGoings of Maryland and Fay Ingram of Montgomery, AL.; and also Kibwe Rakiatu Redman of Washington, DC.

She was very committed to the development of the Foundation for Educational Opportunities, Inc. where she served on the Foundation's first Board of Directors in 1994 and was an Emeritus Director.
