He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Abraham Gross and Eva Gross (Goldenthal); his former spouse Jean Patur; his wife Susan Huber; his friend John Walker; his daughters, Stephanie L Gross of Brooklyn, NY, Margaret Howard (Tom Northrop) of Huntington, Melinda Ottmann of Farmington and Wendy Wassell (Mark Resnisky) of Farmington; his granddaughter April M. Howard of Burlington; his great grandchildren, Leon and Eulalia; his granddaughter Jennifer Therian (Tim) of Windsor; his great grandchild Axel; and his grandson Elias Howard. He was also cherished by his daughters and granddaughters.
He was surrounded by his beloved puppies, most loyal caregivers, his local family and in spirit by his New York and Vermont family members who could not be by his side due to the pandemic.
