Gertrude McCabe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2021, Gertrude McCabe of West Hartford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James M. McCabe of West Hartford; her parents, Richard Francis and Elizabeth Porter (Ball); and her siblings, Thomas Porter, Richard Porter, Margaret Wilcox, Louisa Porter, Elizabeth Nelson, Florence Rudowicz and Emily Lombardi.
She is survived by: her children, Mary McCabe of Maynard, MA., Kevin McCabe (Maureen Meehan) of Mystic and Richard McCabe of Waterford; her grandchildren, Emily Woods (Dermot), Matthew McCabe (Colleen) and Kevin McCabe II; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Sarah, James, Abigail and Maggie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Masks must be worn and social distancing will be observed.
