Mary Lou Pieczarka wrote a sympathy message

“Gerry was one of a kind. There are so many memories i'll just talk about. Gerry taught me how to drive. First lesson was to go into 284 west. He said that if i could drive in that traffic, i wouldn't need any more lessons. We survived. Then, he had me drive up a narrow mountain road. Thank you, gerry, i'm still driving and we had lots of laughs, together. Sending love to you and prayers for sheila and your family. Sheila,, you are a strong woman. God be with you. Love, mary lou and richard”
