Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George Zugravu of West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 24, on March 15, 2025. As George departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy George leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, George Zugravu and Presvytera Maria Claudia Zugravu of St; his sister Maria Elena; and his grandmother Marioara Timar. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Hartford in support of George's favorite charity.
