She is survived by: her parents, Yehiel Haim and Rose Skurka Apfelbaum; her daughter Rose; and her grandchildren, Emily, Noah, Lacey and Tessa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Holocaust Memorial in Washington, D.C. The funeral service was held on Wednesday morning, March 21 at 10:30 a.m. at the Weinstein Chapel with burial immediately following at the Beth David Cemetery on the Berlin Tpke in Wethersfield.
