In the vast expanse of eternity, Evan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Evan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Lascelles Black. She is survived by: her sister Meryle Sue Mitchel; her children, Jason Black (Tonya Lok) and Jennifer Coppersmith; and her grandchildren, Jo Black, Lois Black and Zane (Delilah Martin).
