He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Harp and Stella Harp; his former wife Nancy Elsbree Harp; his children, Susan Santamauro (Tony) and Jeffrey Harp; and his brothers, Robert, Darrell and Wendell Harp.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Harp; his children, Chris Harp of New Paltz, NY, Melissa Harden (Richard) of Mechanicsville, VA, Theodore Korth (Kim) of Franklin Lakes, NJ and Carolyn Harp (David Seligman) of Upton, MA; his daughter-in-law Andrea Harp of Pine Brook, NJ.; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Harden (Angela), Erin Schwartz (Sarah Bagierek), Ben Schwartz (Sherin), Joe, Stella Harden, Owen Korth, Brynna and Ashlyn Seligman; and his great grandchildren, Remi Harden and Ezra Schwartz.
In lieu of flowers, it was El's wish that any tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Westminster Presbyterian Church Endowment Fund (https://secure.myvanco.com) or to the Elwyn & Elsie Harp Family Foundation at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
