It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis A. McCormack (West Hartford, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Carolyn McCormack Ciagio. He is survived by: his wife Magda Regina Souza; his son Michael (Selalah); his sisters, Kathee McCormack, Barry Cheslin and Patricia McCormack (Tia); and also Kathy Anselmo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made payable to East Catholic High School, 115 New State Road, Manchester, CT 06042 where a scholarship will be established in his memory.
