He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Dorothy Otterberg; and his brother James Otterberg. He is survived by: his wife's children, Amanda Moras and Andrew Otterberg; his wife Pam Otterberg; his children, Amanda (Beth) and Andrew; his grandchildren, Hadley, Cameron and Sadie; his siblings, Karen Kahn, Peter Otterberg (Pat) and Robert Otterberg (Claudia); his siblings-in-law, Peg Otterberg, Dawn Keegan (Tom) and Bruce Herrmann; and also, Hadley, Cameron and Sadie. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces.
