She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Leva; her parents, Francesco Laraia and Mary Laraia (Leroy); and her siblings, John Laraia, Francis Laraia, Leonora Laraia, Mary Jane DeVito, Rochina Erardi, Tristina Silvestri and Anna Ruggiero.

She is survived by: her sons, Dominick Leva of Austin Texas and John Leva; and her grandchildren, Mike Leva and Julie Leva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a sister-in-law.
