She was predeceased by: her parents, Teofil Kowalczyk and Mary Kowalczyk (Popielarczyk); her son Stanley; and her siblings, Stanley, Stephanie and Irene.

She is survived by: her spouse Kazimierz Lesinski; her sons, Richard (Deborah Watkins) of New Hartford, CT and Henry (Elizabeth) of Brooklyn, NY.; her grandchildren, Emily Lesinski, Therese Lesinski and Darius Lesinski (Sanaz); and her great grandchildren, Madison and Faith Camacho.
