She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Slavin Jr.; her sons, Jim Slavin III (Kim), Peter Slavin (Nicole) and Bill Slavin; and her grandchildren, Will, Emily, Bridgette, Grace, Fiona, Rosemary, Jimmy and Peter.
