She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert (Bob); her siblings, Dottie Jessop and Leonard Hippler; her children, Paul (Gail), Lynn (John Giacchetto) and Peter (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Shane, Alana, Lucia, Mason, Everett and Mila Marie; and her parents, Henry Hippler and Ethel Hippler.

Betty was a very active volunteer in the state and a member of the board at Middlesex Memorial Hospital, The Middlesex Visiting Nurse and Home Health Services as well as the Rockfall Foundation.
