He was predeceased by: his sister Joyce Cheng. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Lew and Jason; his daughter-in-law Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Kaitlin and Brandon Lew; and his sisters, Nancy Lee and Lynda Leung. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
