She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Organek and Josephine Organek (Jagoda); her sons, Terrence and Christopher; her former husband James O. Hetrick Jr.; and her brothers, Ronald (Carol) and Joseph Organek.

She is survived by: her brother William Organek (Christine); her son James Hetrick III (Carol); her daughter-in-law Collen Hetrick; and her grandchildren, Erin McGrath, Scott Hetrick, Jennifer Marshall, Rebecca Hetrick, Jessica Garvin, Benjamin Hetrick, Molly Klansek and Grace Hetrick. She is also survived by many great-grand-children, nieces and nephews.
