Barbara Cecelia Espey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Cecelia Espey (West Hartford, Connecticut), born in Watertown, Connecticut, who passed away on November 28, 2017, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gordon Espey; and her brother Charles Espey (Chuck). She is survived by: her parent Rosemary Branche Espey; her significant other Dianne C. Webber; her siblings, Jean Stover (Tom) of Chaumont, N. Y., Nancy Atkinson (Dermot) of East Berlin, Michael Espey (Patricia) of Dallas and Patrick Espey of Dallas; and also Christopher Charles Espey Webber. She is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, 48 great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.
