With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna M. Sanko (West Hartford, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 23, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sanko and Ted Sanko of West Hartford. She is survived by: her significant other Bill Curry; her daughter Kuhneena Shanahan; her grandchildren, Triana Pytel and Tristan Shanahan of Omaha Nebraska; her siblings, Richard Sanko, Marian Sanko, Patricia Lowry (Mark), David Sanko (Diane) and Jeanne Loper (Bob); her son-in-law Scott Shanahan; her nieces and nephews, Brian, Laura, Eric Lowry, Daniel Sanko, Tracey Ferreira, Sarah Kusinski and Dennis Loper; her aunt Wanda Serafin; her cousins, Rob, Chuck, Paul Serafin, Nancy Barbour, Rose Wilson and Cyndy Madera; her friends, Madeline Bombetto, Jo-Ann Castano, Jill Jenkins, Frankie Marcikonis, Darlene Susco, Kathleen Tracy and Laurie Wattles; and her caregivers, Relifs Esson and Jill Cardone.
